I have a soft spot for baking that stems from my sweet tooth, but I have a habit of never taking the "during" photos...You know how people with amazing food blogs have the whole "1-2-3 step" down? Yes, you know what I'm talking about. The first photo=eggs. The second photo=flour+eggs. The third photo=flour+eggs mixed. Well, due to my extremely low/non-existent level of patience, I can't do that. Instead, I like to bake as fast as I can, and then take the AFTER photos, which is precisely what I did this hot afternoon...21 degrees? Feels like 30 to me.
